• Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, and glassware before service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately (if required).
• Serve food and beverages as per the restaurant's service standards.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, pantry, and service stations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
• Handle guest requests and resolve basic service concerns courteously.
• Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or fine-dining property.
• Freshers with Hotel managment qualifiaction
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
