Employer FAQ

Click on "Post Jobs Free" in the header and select "Recruiter" as your account type. Fill out the registration form with your company information, verify your email, and you'll be able to start posting jobs immediately.

Creating an employer account is completely free. You can post up to 3 jobs at no cost. For more extensive recruitment needs, we offer various paid plans with additional features.

Account verification typically takes 24-48 hours. We verify company information to ensure the quality of our platform. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved.

After logging in, click "Post Job" in your dashboard. Fill out the job posting form with all required details including job title, description, requirements, location, and salary range. Your job will be reviewed and published within 24 hours.

Job postings remain active for 30 days. You can renew or edit your posting before it expires. Premium plan members can extend posting duration and get featured placement.

Yes, you can edit active job postings from your dashboard. Changes are typically reflected within 1 hour. For significant changes to requirements or job title, we recommend contacting our support team.

In your dashboard, click "Manage Jobs" to see all your active postings and their applications. You can view candidate profiles, download resumes, mark applications as reviewed, and communicate with candidates directly through our platform.

Yes, premium plan members have access to our candidate database search feature. This allows you to proactively find and contact candidates who match your requirements, even before posting a specific job.

You can send messages to candidates directly through your dashboard. For phone and email contact, you'll need to upgrade to a premium plan. All communication is tracked in your candidate management system.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. For enterprise accounts, we also offer invoice-based billing with net 30 terms.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
