Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Sr. GSA with relevant experience in the hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of guest rooms and public areas as per brand standards. They should ensure timely room servicing, coordinate with other departments, and handle guest requests efficiently. The role requires adherence to SOPs, inventory handling, and reporting any maintenance issues. Candidates must have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Should have leadership abilities to supervise and guide the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Hotel Management / Diploma, or any relevant degree/diploma
