Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry within their respective region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. They should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling corporate, travel agents, and MICE segments. The role also involves market analysis, competitor tracking, and implementing effective sales strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. The candidate must be proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing Hotel Management, Business Administratiion, or related field.
