Job Responsibilities
- Inventory-
- Stock Receiving: Receive trays and stocks of cakes & pastries and store them correctly in cold storage.
- Order Receiving: Acknowledge orders and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation as per guest requirements and company standards.
- Order Picking: Locate and pick items from shelves based on invoices or system inputs.
- Packing & Dispatch:
- Pack orders as per company standards to avoid damages or errors
- Check customer requests (cake messages, special instructions)
- Call customers if clarification is needed
- Request good ratings and positive feedback with a customer-centric approach
- Ensure delivery riders pick up the correct orders on time
- Inventory Control: Maintain inventory records, restock shelves, and verify product quality and quantity.
- Store Operations: Use scanners, systems, and computers to keep inventory updated.
- Safety & Maintenance: Follow safety standards, keep the work area clean, and comply with company policies.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Freshers welcome)
- Communication: Decent communication skills; ability to read and understand basic English (kitchen orders, Excel sheets, emails)
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, Email)
- Personality: Confident, positive, customer-focused with good interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions
- Environment: Store / Distribution Centre (may involve hot or cold temperatures)
- Shifts: Rotational shifts
- 10-hour duty
- Early morning shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM) or late-night shifts (up to 2:00 AM)
- Comfortable standing for long hours and working in a high-pressure environment
