Job Responsibilities

  • 1. Corporate Sales
  • Identify and approach corporate clients, companies, and business travelers for hotel bookings.
  • Develop long-term relationships with corporate accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and agreements.
  • Promote room bookings, conferences, meetings, and events.
  • 2. Business Development
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Maintain relationships with travel agents, event planners, and corporate HR/admin departments.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • 3. Marketing Activities
  • Plan and execute hotel marketing campaigns.
  • Promote the hotel through digital marketing, social media, and corporate promotions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional materials.
  • 4. Client Relationship Management
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations.
  • Handle corporate client queries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction for repeat business.
  • 5. Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and strategies.
  • Track corporate bookings and revenue performance.
