Job Responsibilities
- 1. Corporate Sales
- Identify and approach corporate clients, companies, and business travelers for hotel bookings.
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate accounts.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and agreements.
- Promote room bookings, conferences, meetings, and events.
- 2. Business Development
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Maintain relationships with travel agents, event planners, and corporate HR/admin departments.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- 3. Marketing Activities
- Plan and execute hotel marketing campaigns.
- Promote the hotel through digital marketing, social media, and corporate promotions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional materials.
- 4. Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations.
- Handle corporate client queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction for repeat business.
- 5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Monitor competitor pricing and strategies.
- Track corporate bookings and revenue performance.
