Job Responsibilities

• A Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations in a restaurant or hospitality outlet. The role includes welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. A Service Associate maintains cleanliness of the service area, sets up tables, coordinates with the kitchen team for timely order delivery, and handles basic customer requests or concerns professionally. The position also requires good communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
